The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting SAP systems, resolving application issues, supporting business users, and working with SAP functional and technical teams. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure smooth SAP operations, system performance, and continuous process improvements. Key
Provide technical and functional support for SAP applications and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application errors, incidents, and service requests.
Support SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
Support SAP configuration, customization, and system enhancements.
Work with ABAP developers to resolve technical issues and implement changes.
Monitor SAP system performance and identify potential issues.
Support SAP integration with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Assist with SAP upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and support reports.
Manage incidents and change requests using ITSM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SAP business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–7 years of experience in SAP Technical Support, Functional Support, or SAP Application Administration.
Good understanding of SAP architecture and enterprise business processes.
Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.
Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Understanding of SAP configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SAP ABAP debugging and technical concepts.
Knowledge of SAP tables, IDocs, RFCs, and interfaces.
Experience with incident management and production support.
Understanding of SAP integration and data flows.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Experience with SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite.
Familiarity with SAP Basis administration.
Knowledge of SAP security, roles, and authorization management.
SAP certifications in relevant technical or functional modules.
Experience working in Agile and ITIL environments.
