Pricing that grows with your agency

Yes. Organization plans cover the agency workspace: your clients, their resumes, Auto Apply, tracking and reports. A personal Pro or Basic subscription gives nothing inside the workspace, and an organization plan does not upgrade your personal account. You can hold both if you also job-search for yourself.

Free gives you one agency workspace with one client, one client resume, 10 Auto Apply applications and 10 AI cover letters a month, the job tracker with email tracking, and the client portal with weekly reports. Other AI tools and Career Map for clients need a paid plan.

Each plan has a daily and a monthly Auto Apply limit, shared by every client and every agency you own. Only applications that are actually submitted count; ones that could not be sent do not. The day resets at midnight UTC and the month on the 1st.

Every client who is active or paused counts. Mark a client as placed when they land a job and they stop counting, so you can take on someone new without deleting anyone’s history.

Yes, on Multi-Agency. Each agency is its own workspace with its own name, clients and team, and all of them share one plan and one bill. Starter and Growth cover one agency.

No. On Starter, Growth and Multi-Agency, AI tools for clients — match details, tailored resumes, cover letters and Career Map — are unlimited and use no credits. The plan limits on clients and Auto Apply are what keep usage in check.

Yes. Switching plans takes effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the organization moves to Free. You can manage payment details and invoices in the billing portal.

The action is paused with a clear message, and you can upgrade from the same screen. Nothing is deleted. For clients, marking finished ones as placed frees up room without upgrading.
