Role:  Customer Support Representative (Dispatch Commercial & Industrial) Salary: Competitive Basic Salary Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential. Work setup: Work from home Shift schedule: Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 8pm-5am, Sat-Sun day off Philippine Time Prod Schedule: Sat-Wed 6pm-3am, Thu-Fri day off Philippine Time 
Summary: As the BPO dispatch agent, you are responsible for answering day-to-day scheduling and dispatching work crews or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs. 
Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, or emergency personnel
Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems and requests for services or equipment
Preparing daily work such as schedules
Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from work crews
Work with external clients to ensure continuity of support exceeds service level standards. Resolve customer escalations
Comprehensive knowledge of call center metrics and drivers
Subject matter expert on call center processes, procedures, and systems
Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories
Provide proactive solutions to contribute to the smooth running of the call center
Facilitate and participate in team meetings
Promote an environment of continued improvement and best practices
Additional tasks and/or projects assigned by management
Qualifications 
Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or Google equivalents
Experience with the Salesforce is highly preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Effective time management and driven to meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced and agile environment
