Assist clients with designing customized travel experiences, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodations.
Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, attractions, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
Resolve concerns with empathy, creativity, and effective problem-solving.
