Your role As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will:
Provide exceptional service to existing clients by identifying their concerns, offering effective solutions, and educating them on products and services
Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls for accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues, as well as contribute ideas for improving products and services
Maintain compatibility with the product database by developing a working knowledge of the current platform
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What You Need: Non-negotiables:
At minimum, must have completed at least 2 years of college
At least 2 years of experience in client services or customer service in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Comfortable navigating various system tools and platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
