BLAST, Samtools, GATK, and Biopython
Nextflow, Snakemake, and Linux
Statistical Analysis and Scientific Reasoning
Technical Documentation and Communication
Design and evaluate bioinformatics workflows.
Analyze genomic and biological datasets.
Optimize pipelines and statistical methods.
Support AI model benchmarking and validation.
Develop reproducible workflows and document findings.
Provide scientific insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field, or equivalent industry/research experience.
Hands-on experience analyzing biological data.
Strong Python/R programming and analytical skills.
Professional English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Experience with AI/ML-assisted biology, structural biology, or drug discovery is preferred.
