About this role
Role Title: Backend Software Engineer / AI Coding Specialist Job Type: Contractor (~15 hours/week) Location: Remote Schedule: Flexible — choose your own hours and days, including weekends. You'll create realistic coding tasks involving feature implementation and bug fixing, develop deterministic verifiers, and provide high-quality technical input to improve next-generation AI systems. Build deterministic verifiers to validate coding solutions.

Required Skills
Python, Java, Rust, C++, TypeScript, or similar languages.
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Backend development and API experience.
Debugging and bug fixing.
Performance optimization and automated testing.
Code review and refactoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
Experience working with large or complex codebases.
