Your Role: As a Social Media Manager , you will:
Manage day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X .
Develop and maintain a content calendar covering seasonal campaigns, product launches, and evergreen lifestyle content.
Create original photo and video content, including product features, lifestyle shoots, unboxings, Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content .
Write engaging, on-brand captions and manage community engagement across social platforms.
Collaborate with catalog and merchandising teams to identify products and campaigns to feature.
Monitor trends across home décor, outdoor living, cabin/rustic, and lifestyle categories and adapt content accordingly.
Manage and report on paid social campaigns and organic social performance .
Support social media content across multiple product categories and sister brands.
What You Need: Non-negotiables

2+ years of social media management experience , preferably within retail, home décor, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
Strong hands-on photo and video content creation and editing skills.
Proven experience creating short-form video content for Reels and TikTok , including hooks, trends, and pacing.
Strong copywriting and written communication skills with the ability to maintain an established brand voice.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Pinterest, and social media analytics/reporting tools .
Preferred skills/expertise
Experience managing social media for a retail, home décor, outdoor lifestyle, or multi-brand e-commerce company .
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut , or similar content creation tools.
Portfolio or reel demonstrating original photo and video content personally shot and edited .
Experience growing organic engagement, reach, and video views.
Ability to manage content across multiple product categories and brands simultaneously.
Genuine interest in outdoor living, cabin/rustic décor, or lifestyle content is a plus.
