All accounting related aspects of assigned departments (including accounting, outlook/budgeting, coding AP invoices)
Responsible for maintaining and reconciling selected balance sheet accounts
Accurate, on-time journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Accurate monthly department outlooks/forecasts
Liaison between department executives and the accounting department
Supports and assists with finance related IT projects
Provides accounting support for adhoc requests and new business activities
Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
Follow legal policies as directed.
Job Requirements
Senior knowledge of GAAP Accounting
Senior knowledge of Oracle accounting software
5-8 years accounting experience
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Budgeting
Oracle eBusiness Suite
Education BA/BS in Accounting or related field Physical Requirements: This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
