About this role

Success Matcher Recruitment is hiring a Registered Dietitian to deliver evidence-based nutrition care to clients across the United States, fully remote. You'll provide one-on-one counseling, build personalized nutrition plans, and work alongside a care team to help clients reach lasting health goals. Key :
Conduct virtual nutrition assessments and individual counseling sessions via video and phone
Develop personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, GI disorders and food allergies
Set measurable goals with clients and track progress over time
Document sessions accurately and on time in the electronic health record, following HIPAA requirements
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, health coaches and other care team members
Create client education materials, meal plans and nutrition resources
Maintain licensure and complete required continuing education
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Active, unrestricted dietitian license in at least one U.S. state (any state accepted)
At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian
Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition, dietetics or a related field from an ACEND-accredited program
Comfort working with video platforms and electronic health records
