What you'll do
Build and lead a regional network of high-calibre Principals
Identify, select and build relationships with exceptional senior operators
Create opportunities for Principals to collaborate and grow their practices
Represent TPG in your market and help shape the region from the ground up
What you bring
15+ years of senior operating or commercial leadership
A strong network among senior executives, owners and C-level leaders
A track record of building relationships, businesses, teams or markets
The credibility and judgement to work with accomplished independent executives
The ambition to build something of your own — with exceptional people around you
