Process and coordinate purchase and REO title transactions from contract through closing.
Prepare and facilitate closings, coordinating with clients, agents, buyers, sellers, asset managers, and mortgage brokers.
Gather and review all required invoices and closing documentation.
Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and HUD-1 Settlement Statements.
Create and distribute closing packages to buyers, sellers, and notaries to ensure successful closings.
Review settlement statements, signed closing documents, and lien payoff documentation to ensure accurate disbursement of funds in accordance with all instructions.
Coordinate and complete disbursements while following Beeline's operational processes.
Communicate effectively with internal operations staff and account managers.
Identify and resolve or escalate issues to ensure a positive experience for all parties throughout every transaction.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in critical real estate and mortgage lending documents.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with clients in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
Specific Requirements
Required: Experience conducting real estate closings and transactions.
Preferred: Knowledge of REO, short sales, and standard resale/refinance transactions.
Preferred: Experience preparing HUDs and performing other title and closing functions.
