About this role
Role Title: Procore Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote We are engaging experienced Procore Specialists and construction professionals to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Procore. You'll use your hands-on Procore experience and construction project management knowledge to demonstrate realistic workflows and contribute high-quality data for the development of next-generation AI systems. Scope of Work
Complete realistic construction project workflows within Procore.
Demonstrate common Procore features and processes used in daily construction operations.
Work with RFIs, submittals, drawings, documents, inspections, and project records.
Clearly explain and document workflow steps.
Review project information and identify errors, missing data, or workflow issues.
Create realistic examples based on real-world construction practices.
Provide clear written feedback and workflow documentation.
Complete assigned tasks independently and collaborate asynchronously with the project team.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience using Procore in a professional construction environment.
Background in construction project management, project engineering, construction operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with Procore workflows, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, documents, and project tracking.
Ability to independently navigate Procore and complete common workflows.
Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Ability to clearly explain and document workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project guidelines.
