About this role
People Partner who loves L&D and coaching Your favorite part of HR is watching people grow. You build training that nobody checks their phone through, managers call you before a tough decision, and you stay calm when a team gets tense. What you bring You’ve spent five or more years as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company. You design and deliver training yourself, and you actually coach people. You’ve handled tough employee relations cases and organizational change calmly; you think commercially, and you’d rather fix a problem than discuss it for three meetings. Bonus points if you have ideas for how AI can make HR better. What we offer We’re a remote team across several time zones, growing fast.
