Ensures That The Two Maintenance Sections (mobile And Fixed Plant) Are Meeting Their Performance Objectives And Outcomes
Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage A Large Team And Achieve Success Proficient In Handling Both Mechanical Mobile And Fixed Plant Equipment, With Extensive Experience In Mobile Equipment, Milling, And Jaw-cone Crushers
Embedding Reliable Systems, Practices, And Cultures Throughout The Maintenance Function To Achieve Worldwide Benchmark Standards
Responsible To Implement And Execute Fatal Risk Controls And Safe Work Practices In All Operational Areas While Fostering A Culture Of Greatness Aligned With The Company's Values
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field, along with 15+ years of working experience in maintenance or operations in the mining industry
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a large team and achieve success
Proficient in handling both Mechanical Mobile and Fixed Plant equipment, with extensive experience in mobile equipment, milling, and jaw-cone crushers
Experience working internationally or in a remote locations
Essential expertise in ensuring reliability of equipment
