Job Title: Investment Banking & M&A Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote (US/Canada preferred; UK and Latin America considered) Time Commitment: 10+ hours/week; 20+ preferred Job Overview We are seeking experienced investment banking and M&A professionals to build realistic transaction scenarios and use AI agents to develop and evaluate valuation models, deal materials, and financial deliverables. Key
Build transaction environments using company information, financial statements, and due diligence materials.
Design tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory.
Develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting documents using AI agents.
Create task instructions and objective evaluation criteria.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell-side advisory.
Proven experience preparing valuation models, comparable-company analyses, CIMs, and pitch books for live deals.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.
Preferred Qualifications
Corporate carve-out experience (strongly preferred).
Experience at a top-tier investment bank or M&A advisory firm.
Industrials sector experience.
Experience developing review standards, training materials, or AI evaluation benchmarks.
Availability for 20+ hours per week.
