Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product
Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD) and familiarity with PDM systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT) and production ramp-up
Knowledge of quality and process tools (FMEA, DOE, Cp/Cpk, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
Experience with supplier development, PPAP, and production validation processes
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
