Pitch to the candidates the suitable open roles and
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Aid in coordinating campus interviews
Keep the ATS up to date
Help manage HR operations
Manage the HRIS
Manage HR-related queries and requests from the team members
Manage travel and accommodation booking
Coordinate HR events
Maintain data sanctity and aid in preparing reports and dashboards
Must have
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English proficiency
Passion to work in a tech startup
