The Higher Executive Officer will be the senior responsible officer for the deployment unit, motivating the team in uncertain and ever-changing work environments.
As aHigher Executive Officer, your main will be:
Motivating and leading the deployment unit team
Engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Working collaboratively with operational areas to embed the unit and maximize efficiency
Actively engage with the SMT, responding to their needs and providing support
Managing team performance and ensure performance and quality assurance data is captured and reported back to Central Hub
Essential:
High level of confidentiality in HR and operational matters
Management experience or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Ability to work with various stakeholders
Experience in a changing environment focused on Service Level Agreements
