Thankly builds branded shopping apps that run inside AI assistants, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Shoppers ask for what they need in conversation, the app recommends products from the brand's own catalog, and they can check out without leaving the chat.

Founding Engineer: Build our platform and client apps on React, Vite, Express, TypeScript, Supabase and Postgres, working from technical designs written by our CTO. You have 3+ years of full-time experience and build with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex every day. https://thankly.ai/careers/founding-engineer

Founding Engineer, RL Environments: Build RL environments for shopping agents from real shopper questions, including tasks, scoring rubrics and automated graders. Experience with LLM evaluation, reward design or AI training data is a plus. https://thankly.ai/careers/rl-environments

Founding Product Designer: Own the UX of the apps we build for clients and of our own platform, and set the patterns for how shopping works inside AI conversations. 3+ years of full-time product design experience and a portfolio. https://thankly.ai/careers/product-designer

These are equity-first founding roles. At least 4 hours a day of overlap with Eastern Time.
