You’ll receive full training, so you can build your knowledge and confidence before handling customer enquiries independently. Requirements Requirements
Fluent Dutch and very good English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
An interest in cars, technology, or digital services
Comfortable using computers and different systems
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
