Create realistic data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation.
Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents .
Introduce and identify realistic errors, including missing data, malformed records, and formatting inconsistencies.
Define correct outputs and reconciliation requirements for each task.
Develop detailed grading rubrics to evaluate AI accuracy and completeness.
Ensure tasks reflect real-world data quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications
Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles .

Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments such as healthcare, finance, or legal operations is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
