About this role

Startek US is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide customer support related to tax refund products, account enrollment, banking services, forms, account access, and refund status. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and enjoys helping others resolve questions and concerns. Key Include:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about enrollment processes and available bank products.
Assist with account-related questions, enrollment, reports, and general account support.
Pull reports and review account data to research and resolve customer inquiries.
Help customers locate required forms and provide guidance on completing and submitting documentation.
Provide updates regarding tax refund status and explain applicable fees.
Verify checks and respond to verification requests from banking institutions.
Assist with password resets and account access issues.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely customer service across a variety of customer interactions.
Maintain a positive and professional approach when handling challenging or escalated customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Patience, professionalism, and the ability to demonstrate empathy.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate customer inquiries and handle challenging interactions professionally.
Ability to review information accurately and follow established procedures.
Comfortable working with computer systems, account information, and online platforms.
Open availability from 8:45am - 8:15pm ET.

High Speed Internet speeds at least 20 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload (note: the PC must also be connected via an Ethernet cable to your modem or router). Cellular (3G/4G/5G), satellite, and wifi internet connections are not supported connection types for this role.
Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position.
