Duties and :
Responsible for the generation and presentation of group sales Responsible for ensuring that each enquiry is serviced in a commercially responsible time frame, whilst ensuring the overall closing rates and sales volumes exceed the KPI’s.
Convert leads into new Happy Customers.
Maintain above KPI sales volumes every month.
Refer Care Package providers and NDIS participants to our specialist.
Develop and maintain exceptional Product knowledge.
Ability to tailor makes the right solution based on the individual's wants and needs.
Following, promoting & maintaining the Company CARE Culture.
Any other duties requested by Management.
Qualifications and Experience:
At Least 2-5 years’ experience in sales
Experience in outbound calls and cold calling
Experience using Zoho CRM
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to details
Sales focus & KPI driven
Has the can-do attitude
Positive and upbeat personality
