Prepare and submit statutory accounts from source records
Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UK regulations
Manage payroll processing, including calculations and submissions
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
Handle bookkeeping and reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer)
Assist with tax computations and compliance requirements
Communicate with clients to gather financial information and resolve queries
Ensure adherence to UK accounting standards and deadlines
Requirements
ACCA Affiliate (mandatory)
Proven experience working with UK-based clients or UK accounting systems
Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and taxation
Ability to prepare accounts independently from source records
Experience in VAT returns and payroll processing
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:

Xero
QuickBooks
IRIS Software
VT Accounting

Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
