About this role

Account Executive | Relevate Health
WHO WE ARE At Relevate Health , we believe every HCP communication should be genuinely relevant, and we've built a company of exceptional people around that purpose. We're healthcare marketing experts who push ourselves every day to deliver life-changing engagement, from emails and websites to EHR solutions, point-of-learning programs, and HCP video games. THE OPPORTUNITY As an Account Executive on our Client Service team, you'll join a rapidly growing company supporting a variety of programs across therapeutic areas. You'll be a day-to-day representative of the agency for your assigned accounts: keeping projects moving, communicating clearly with clients and internal teams, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies on promotional and educational materials designed for HCPs, featuring life-changing medications in market or coming to market in the US. Those materials include emails, websites, digital ads, videos, and video games. You'll get exposure to a wide range of our Engagement Solutions that help Brand and Media partners increase HCP engagement with important educational information. This is a great place to build your career. As you ramp up on clients and programs, there's real room to take on more responsibility and lead projects day to day. The environment is flexible and mostly remote, with the option to collaborate in person at our Cincinnati HQ or New Jersey office. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Cross-check team content updates against client direction and edits
Own and prepare for medical, regulatory, and legal (MLR) review processes, and become a key player in marketing material submissions through client platforms
Participate in writing Project and Creative Briefs, and make sure briefs are followed by the internal team and aligned with clients
Proactively identify upcoming work and partner with project management to secure resources
Engage internal team members for perspective or subject matter expertise as needed
Learn Relevate Health 's product offerings, processes, and systems
Work with your manager to hit billable and utilization goals so the focus stays on client work and value
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves
Examples of client management and communication, including day-to-day client contact
Ability to support and grow into leading internal and client status meetings
Clear, concise written communication: emails, status reports, and meeting notes you'd be proud to send
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
Proactive, professional communication
Comfort collaborating across teams and work streams
Quick learner who asks thoughtful questions
Flexibility with new or changing processes
Ability to adapt well to different personalities
Comfort working primarily remote

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfort with Slack or a similar messaging platform
Big Pluses
Pharma or healthcare experience
Agency experience
Veeva and MLR submissions experience
