Job Description

Medical Affairs Intern

As a Medical Affairs Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment and support the Medical Affairs team in scientific and cross-functional activities.

Key include:

  • Conduct literature reviews and support the evaluation and interpretation of scientific and medical publications.
  • Summarize and communicate complex medical and scientific information in both written and verbal formats.
  • Review clinical trial data and assist in the preparation of scientific materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Support evidence generation initiatives and medical projects under the guidance of the Medical Affairs team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Clinical Operations, , Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO), Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant departments.
  • Support scientific communications, medical information activities, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities while managing assigned projects.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning and development.

Background & Qualifications

  • Be a 4th-year or higher medical student.
  • Be available to work 3 full days per week during the internship period.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be able to reside in Istanbul throughout the internship period.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, scientific curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Possess strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive and responsible working style.
