Job Description
Mission of the role
Provide support to employees on topics related to Personnel Department/Human Resources, ensuring clear guidance, compliance with internal procedures, and proper routing of requests, contributing to a positive employee experience.
**Main **
- Provide support to employees through available channels, clarifying questions related to HR processes, policies, and services;
- Receive, register, track, and resolve tickets, respecting established procedures and deadlines;
- Execute operational and administrative activities related to HR processes;
- Guide employees on benefits, payroll, vacations, admissions, terminations, transfers, and other topics, according to the area's scope;
- Perform queries and updates of information in HR systems;
- Verify data and documents necessary for the service and processing of requests;
- Direct more complex or out-of-scope demands to the responsible areas, ensuring correct routing;
- Track pending tickets and perform follow-up with involved areas when necessary;
- Support the identification of recurring questions and opportunities for improvement in processes and guidance materials;
- Maintain records and information updated, following internal procedures and ensuring the confidentiality of information.
Level of operation – Assistant
Predominantly operational role, following previously established processes, policies, and guidelines. Has autonomy to handle low-complexity demands and relies on support from leadership or more experienced professionals for situations that require analysis, exceptions, or decision-making.
Qualifications
- Technical/Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Intermediate Office package.
- Basic knowledge of main HR processes is desirable.
- We are looking for a person with good oral and written communication, organization, attention to detail, sense of priority, ability to work with simultaneous demands, collaborative attitude, and focus on the employee experience.
