THE ROLE & TEAM

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to support our Manchester City Centre office. The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taker who can work well as a dedicated front of house team. We are looking for someone who has a personable approach and can multi-task effectively.

This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week on site working either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm on a rotational basis. We request a flexible approach when required.

Please note: Internally this role is called Client Experience Assistant.

**KEY **

  • Act as first point of contact for Clients and Employees

  • Delivering a quality professional client experience service to the firm’s clients, partners and employees

  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals visiting our client’s offices.

  • Maintain the client experience area and meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues as appropriate.

  • Assist in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of client meetings and events including; meeting room bookings, meeting room set up, appropriate equipment, refreshments, catering and travel requirements.

  • Fielding all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience within a Front of House role

  • Able to work as part of a team

  • Manage daily tasks efficiently
