The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement – APJ to lead and elevate our enablement strategy. In this role, you’ll empower our sales organization to achieve excellence — equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to win in a competitive market.
As the leader of the APJ Revenue Enablement team, you’ll deliver world-class enablement experiences that inspire performance, drive growth, and align tightly with business priorities. You’ll be a trusted strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping shape a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and innovation.
You have a proven record of success in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. You understand what makes a great sales organization tick — and you have a passion for enabling others to reach their full potential.
What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to align enablement initiatives with organizational priorities and revenue goals.

Trusted Leadership: Operate as part of the extended APJ leadership team, influencing strategy, driving execution, and providing data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales specialists and the Global enablement team to ensure unified messaging, go-to-market alignment, and consistent customer engagement.

Future-Ready Enablement: Anticipate emerging needs and craft delivery programs that prepare the organization for future market dynamics and evolving buyer behavior

Team Development: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing enablement team — cultivating a culture of curiosity, accountability, and professional growth.

Culture & Community: Contribute to global initiatives such as Sales Kickoff (SKO) and New Hire Onboarding, ensuring engaging and impactful experiences that bring our culture to life.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, or enablement leadership within high-growth technology organizations.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
