About the role

The Compliance Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting operational procedures related to GMP compliance. This primarily includes SOP and training management, as well as evaluating workflows and processes to ensure that the selected procedures, materials, and documents are compliant with other regulations (e.g., global guidelines, internal standards). **Key **

• Coordination and alignment of the SOP landscape within the Launch Unit DS CAPI and MLP
• Development and maintenance of a training concept for employees working in the CAPI manufacturing area (e.g., OJT creation)
• Support for the operational team in document creation and concept development (e.g., logbook creation, manufacturing instructions)
• Execution and coordination of process deviations and process changes within the framework of established deviation and change management

About you

Education

• Completed vocational training as a chemical technician, laboratory technician, or similar qualification

Experience

• Experience with GMP and GenTG regulations
• Experience in cell culture processes
• Experience with document management and training systems such as QualiPSO and iLearn

Soft Skills

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
• Excellent communication skills, e.g., for open and goal-oriented exchange and information alignment between the units of the BLU Launch Unit DS
• Ability to recognize efficient workflows and set up lean processes

Technical Skills

• Fundamentals of Data Integrity (e.g., Audit Trail Review)

Languages

• Very good German skills
• Very good English skills

The salary range for this position is :€80 724,00 - €107 620

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
