Job Title: Dupixent CSA (Dermatology / Area: Nagano, Yamanashi, or Kanagawa Prefecture)

Job Description:
1. Promote business by appropriately exercising influence over assigned customers based on correct scientific knowledge and company policy

Understand the Take the LEAD strategy, formulate action plans based on product and sales strategies in collaboration with co-promotion partners, and proactively execute them to achieve stretch goals, thereby delivering results in the assigned area.

Manage KOLs/AOLs and high-difficulty/high-importance customers. With the support of the PSL and the Sales Manager, promote understanding of our products' messages and encourage behavioral change, exerting a ripple effect both within and outside the assigned area to contribute to the achievement of sales office and sales department goals.
2. Advance business by involving and coordinating with internal/external members and partners as necessary

Proactively provide input and proposals within the sales office with a positive attitude.

Enhance the quality and quantity of activities to realize area plans by involving supervisors, headquarters members, and co-promotion partners, contributing to the sales office in terms of both performance and activity.

Communicate closely with colleagues and supervisors, providing advice to achieve results. Verify these results and apply them to future actions.
3. Conduct patient-centric activities while correctly understanding the latest internal and external rules

Compliance & Integrity: Constantly check and understand the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policy, reflect on one's own actions, and incorporate feedback from supervisors and sales office members into daily activities.

Completion of post-marketing surveillance, side effect/complaint handling, etc.: Reliably monitor and appropriately manage compliance items such as GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and fair price maintenance.

Contribution to society through products: Continuously develop appropriate promotions and disease awareness, and contribute to society by delivering products to all patients in need as quickly as possible.

Proactively engage in activities to improve the sales office work environment, contributing to creating a workplace where everyone can perform at a high level.
Experience Requirements:
・Experience working with biologics or specialty care products
・Knowledge and experience in the relevant therapeutic area (Dermatology, Respiratory, or ENT)
・Experience with facilities where KOLs/AOLs are affiliated, or experience in speaker development
・Someone who enjoys new environments
Required Skills and Education/Qualification Requirements:
・Basic business skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, etc.)
・Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
・Driver's license (in principle)
・MR certification (in principle)
・While not required at this time, a willingness to learn and improve English skills
