Job detail for Account Manager PUUR.
Use AI to assess how you fit
We are growing, and that requires a different presence with our clients in the Central Netherlands. Not because things aren't going well now, but because we believe they can be better: a fixed point of contact who knows the organization, thinks along at every level, and ensures that PUUR. continues to make a difference in daily care. That is why we are investing specifically in this region.
What will you do?
-
You are the point of contact for our existing clients in the Central Netherlands, from board members to nurses.
-
You build client success: not just the business side (from contract to service delivery), but also the substantive side — regarding product, care content, and process, you are the authority the client relies on.
-
You ensure client retention and actively work on cross-sell and upsell within your client portfolio — as a natural part of good account management, not as a separate sales task.
-
You are a sparring partner at every level: board, management, and nurses, even when their interests do not automatically align.
-
You are the connector in the network of regional collaborative partnerships (RSO's) and network care in the Central Netherlands.
-
You guide care organizations in your region that do not yet use PUUR. step by step toward a successful start.
-
You work closely with colleagues from Customer & Market (client advisors, marketing, new business account managers), Product & Technology (product owners, head of product, head of engineering, customer operations manager), and with compliance & security.
-
You take the lead: you have the overall picture of the client, know the strategy, and ensure the right colleague is involved at the right time.
Our goal is simple: more fans of PUUR., and making the fans we already have even happier.
What makes this role interesting
-
You build long-term relationships in your own region, not one-off deals.
-
You have an impact on multiple levels simultaneously: from the board to the care professional on the work floor.
-
There is no rigid account plan yet — you help shape how we organize account management.
-
You work from home and at the client's location; a fixed workspace at a client in your region is negotiable, so you are not just on the road.
-
You work with a close-knit team from Customer & Market and Product & Technology that, like you, believes in a good, sustainable client relationship over quick sales.
-
You get a company car.
We believe you will be successful if you possess the following qualities:
-
You have at least one previous role in account management or sales — this is not an entry-level position.
-
You know the VVT market and understand how care organizations really work; if you come from an adjacent sector (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other care-related suppliers), that is also valuable.
-
You understand how to move along at multiple levels simultaneously: you bring board members, management, and care professionals along, even when their interests are not naturally aligned.
-
You are a networker by nature. You build and maintain relationships, even outside the organization — you feel at home in the network of RSO's and network care.
-
You are positive and enthusiastic, and that is contagious: clients feel that you are there for them.
-
You have a driver's license: you are regularly on-site with clients in the Central Netherlands.
What do we have to offer?
-
Salary: € 4.000 – € 5.900 gross per month based on 40 hours
-
A bonus is negotiable based on demonstrable results in client retention, cross-sell, upsell, and a higher NPS.
-
A lease car, laptop, smartphone, and a Remarkable
-
A work-from-home allowance and a very good pension scheme
-
A training budget of € 500 per year
-
5.4 weeks of vacation per year
-
Largely flexible work week: at home, at the client, and on average once a month at the office in Enschede
-
Room to help shape how account management is organized at Ecare
-
Sales support that takes the burden off you regarding administration and CRM, so your focus can remain on the client
-
From 2027, we will offer AI training to help you further develop in your role
-
A super fun work atmosphere, with weekly drinks and informal, friendly colleagues
