Key :

• Contribute to the team's daily document management activities by creating, revising, formatting, and archiving quality documents in compliance with requirements
• Participate in the comprehensive inventory of physical documents and produce a status report to serve as a basis for a reorganization plan
• Take part in identifying areas for improvement in the team's documentation practices and formulate concrete proposals based on field observations
• Provide support in the redesign of the SharePoint
• Get involved in facilitating the inter-sector network

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: autonomy, organization, communication skills. Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or other project management tools
• Education: 4th or 5th year of university (Master's level) in quality, pharmacy, life sciences, or general engineering
• Languages: intermediate English
