Implement company market strategies and develop regional market development plans through effective regional management, team management, and staff motivation to support the achievement of company business goals and enhance product influence within the region; establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers to build a professional image for the company and its products; strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and drive the development and capability improvement of the subordinate team.

Regional Objectives and Regional Management

Lead the team to achieve the work objectives assigned by the company

Plan and organize relevant marketing promotional activities based on the specific conditions of the region

Lead the team in executing and following up on market promotion plans, and collect and provide timely and accurate feedback on market information

Visit hospitals to establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; collaborate with KA managers to select and negotiate with major clients, sign agreements, and execute them

Communicate and coordinate with commercial personnel in the region to ensure the normal supply of products in the area

Allocate resources and control expenses reasonably and effectively within the region

Complete various reports and statements accurately and on time
Product Knowledge

Help improve team members' ability to apply product knowledge in their daily work

Understand relevant knowledge and trends regarding competitor products

Continuously learn and improve the level of relevant medical knowledge
Professional Conduct

Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs, financial policies, and compliance requirements during daily work, and guarantee that team behavior aligns with the company's ethical standards and principles

Team Management and Personnel Development

Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent

Manage and coach representatives, and improve their work skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits

Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, and provide timely, targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better results

Identify training needs, develop and retain talent, and reduce employee turnover through performance management and personnel development plans

Recruit suitable team members and establish a talent resource reserve system

Ensure that departing employees complete work handovers according to company regulations

Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments

Create a positive work atmosphere, promote teamwork, and ensure fairness, justice, and transparency

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Educational Background
-
Associate degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields

2+ years of experience in team management or regional management in a relevant field
