Key :

● Participate in the management and monitoring of customer complaints

● Collaborate with all process stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive analysis and propose corrective actions

● Support the analysis of complaint data to identify trends, recurrences, and potential areas for improvement

● Get involved in improving the management process for complaint samples received from customers

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: teamwork, curiosity, rigor. Teamwork skills

● Education: Master's degree (bac+4/5) in quality, pharmacy, or life sciences

● Languages: intermediate English
