Key :

• Contribute to the implementation of Quality Control continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the performance culture

• Participate in carrying out continuous improvement projects aimed at implementing initiatives proposed by global or local teams

• Support Quality Control in the implementation of these projects, as well as in the guidance and training of users

• Take part in the laboratory's continuous improvement rituals

• Provide support for the development of action plans and the execution of actions

• Support teams through process changes

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: facilitator, proactive, creative. Knowledge of GMP

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in continuous improvement

• Languages: English (reading proficiency)
