At Stark, we forge the future of European and national security through cutting-edge, AI-driven technology and unmatched engineering precision. As a premier defence technology company, our mission is clear: to equip NATO Allies and their partners  with next-generation autonomous defence platforms and advanced AI-driven software built to perform in the world’s most demanding environments.
We believe that true security stems from relentless innovation. By combining elite engineering talent with agile technology and an AI-native operational culture, Stark turns complex defence challenges into field-tested, multi-domain solutions.
Why Join Us?

The software and systems you work on directly protect personnel and defend European and national sovereignty.
You will work alongside industry-leading minds on autonomous systems, advanced propulsion, and secure cyber platforms.
We foster a fast-paced, collaborative environment where bold ideas are supported by serious R&D backing.
About the Team
You will be part of the team working on our software delivery platform, bridging the gap between CI pipelines and deployment and configurations on edge devices. You will own and enhance features of the tool used daily by developers, factory lines, and flight test teams.
Your work will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our embedded autonomy infrastructure deployed across air, land, and sea systems.

Design, build, and maintain core components of our software delivery platform using Go.
Build an extensive suite of automated tests covering flashing workflows, mock peripherals, and gRPC contracts.
Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable features.
Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to guarantee reliable, efficient software deployment.
Implement low-level Linux flashing pipelines for NVIDIA Jetson devices, including LUKS disk encryption and Secure Boot signing.

Required Skills

3+ years writing clean, tested, and concurrent Go applications.
Solid understanding of Linux foundations, such as systemd, udev rules, network interfaces, disk partitioning, and bash scripting
Proven track record writing automated tests for systems software, mocks/stubs for hardware and OS interfaces, or CI-driven integration suites.
Hands-on experience writing CI/CD pipelines, preferably for GitLab.
Hands-on experience integrating Go applications with GCP APIs (Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, IAM/OAuth).

Nice-To-Have

Familiarity with edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (like React)
Experience with Docker (or other tools) and Kubernetes.

Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of our work in the defence sector, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position. Details will be provided during the recruitment process. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow [Skills: DevSecOps]
