Job Title: Production Sector Manager (M/F) – Fixed-term contract (CDD)

As a Production Sector Manager within our Manufacturing & Supply team at our Ambarès site, you will lead manufacturing and packaging activities as well as operator teams to ensure our treatments reach patients on time. Ready to get started?

Shift work (morning 6:00 AM–2:40 PM, afternoon 2:40 PM–11:00 PM, night 11:00 PM–6:00 AM) or day shift depending on the site's flexible working hour policies.

Key :
- Ensure the safety of people, property, and products by implementing necessary measures in the event of an anomaly.
- Manage the execution of the production schedule: analyze variances, define action plans, and make decisions to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Organize human and material resources, ensure compliance of equipment and premises, and verify the availability of materials and documents required for planned batches.
- Verify, complete, and transmit batch records, and ensure declarations are made in production management systems.
- Apply and enforce Group and site regulations and standards (HSE, Quality, Supply, HR), and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.
- Enforce production budget standards (OEE, productivity, yield) and conduct investigations in the event of an incident.
- Lead sector performance meetings and be an active participant in continuous improvement using Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, problem-solving, visual management).

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by individual variable compensation, as well as profit-sharing and incentive schemes based on Sanofi Group results.

About you
- Experience: Knowledge of production processes for solid dosage forms and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments; team management experience is a plus.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in production information systems (ERP, CMMS, computerized batch records, planning) and HSE procedures.
- Soft skills: Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, leadership, ability to unite teams, communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills, team spirit.
- Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering or Pharmacy.
- Languages: Fluent French.

The salary range for this position is: €54,400.00 - €72,533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
