About your team
General Counsel (GC) is a trusted advisor to all parts of Fidelity International Limited (“FIL”), providing high-value independent advisory and assurance expertise through our specialist teams. GC comprises of Legal, Risk, Compliance, Tax, and Public Policy & Strategic Relationship Management. GC Shared Services function (GCSS) is a global centre of expertise currently in Dalian and India, providing operational support and services to the General Counsel function. The GCSS Functional Administration team provides first-line business support and functional administration for GC-owned systems, while helping colleagues adopt and use AI-enabled solutions effectively and responsibly.
About your role
Join the GCSS Functional Administration team in a techno-functional role supporting the effective system operations, adoption, continuous improvement and post deployment monitoring of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based IT systems including No-Code, Low-Code and Pro-Code solutions. You will provide first-line user support, business administration, provision access and licences, maintain functional configurations and knowledge content, and coordinate with AI Product Owners, Business Process Owners, technology teams and other stakeholders. You will also enable users for AI adoption through onboarding, training and communities of practice; track adoption and feedback; support UAT and release readiness; and undertake first-level triage and escalation of operational or AI output-related issues. The role requires a practical understanding of Generative AI, strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate user needs into clear actions across BAU support, enablement, governance support and change delivery.

Provide functional administration and first-line support for AI platforms, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Manage user access, provisioning and deprovisioning, and support effective licence allocation and utilisation.

Develop and maintain knowledge content, user guidance and support documentation.

Deliver onboarding, training and enablement activities to drive adoption and responsible use of AI solutions.

Monitor platform usage, adoption and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to support operational delivery and platform enhancements.

Support testing, release activities and change implementation for new features and capabilities.

Perform initial triage of platform issues and coordinate escalation, remediation and follow-up where required.

Maintain appropriate records, reporting and governance documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, efficiency and business value.
Skillsets required
About 7+ years of experience in IT systems support, AI enablement, business analysis, change management or a related area, with the following capabilities:

Practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI solution concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly to users and stakeholders.

Experience in first-line support, access management and licence optimisation for enterprise technology platforms.

Experience delivering user onboarding, training, adoption initiatives, communications and knowledge content.

Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, technology and governance teams in a global environment.

Experience supporting UAT, release readiness, change implementation, issue triage and escalation.

Awareness of responsible AI, AI governance, information security, risk and control considerations in a regulated environment.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI, with the ability to turn usage and feedback data into practical insights.

Experience with prompt engineering, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, service-management tools would be advantageous.

Experience supporting Legal, Risk, Compliance or another regulated business function would be advantageous.
