About the role
Coordinate and support the delivery of Marketing initiatives including webinars, events, campaigns, and community programs. Own logistics, stakeholder coordination, webinar operations, marketing assets, communications, and execution support to ensure high-quality delivery across marketing activities.
This role is responsible for operational excellence across marketing execution, using AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution quality.
Event, webinar & community coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of webinars, conferences, executive events, campaigns, and community initiatives
- Manage speaker, crew, vendor, venue, and attendee coordination
- Own webinar setup, scheduling, testing, and live delivery support
Operational & administrative support
- Manage travel planning, budgets, invoicing, procurement, and marketing administration
- Deliver operational tasks and processes, maintaining timelines and schedules to keep activities on track
- Maintain performance trackers and compile results to support reporting
Communication
- Coordinate external communications across webinars, events, and community initiatives, including email, landing pages, and social promotion
- Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams, event organizers, speakers, partners, and vendors so they understand requirements, deadlines, and next steps
- Support ongoing engagement with the M365 community to encourage participation and advocacy
- Keep internal teams informed about upcoming events, webinars, and community activities, highlight opportunities to get involved, and coordinate related activities, gather input and share results
Delivery & process improvement
- Monitor delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards, resolving issues and escalating risks when needed
- Use feedback and performance results to improve coordination, delivery and the attendee experience
- Evaluate and implement tools, AI, automation and best practices to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency and collaboration
