Key :

• Team and people leadership – Lead Facility Management teams (Soft and Hard services), managing talent, performance, and development.
• Hard and Soft services management – Ensure the delivery of utilities, infrastructure, electricity, HVAC, cleaning, and catering under quality, safety, cGMP, and compliance standards.
• Asset and budget management – Manage the asset lifecycle, Long-Term Asset Planning (including Capex), and contribute to the annual site budget.
• Vendor management (IFM) – Integrate the IFM provider, define governance structures, manage relationships, performance, SLAs/KPIs, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Continuous improvement and global programs – Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of corporate sustainability, energy, and standardization programs.
• Stakeholder management – Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Quality, HSE, Finance) and external ones, as well as manage priorities between cluster sites.
• Regional governance and best practices – Escalate unresolved issues to Regional Governance and share learnings and best practices at a regional level.

About You

• Experience: 10 years of experience in technical roles within a pharmaceutical environment, with significant experience (+15 years) in managing large Maintenance teams.
• Soft and technical skills: Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills, crisis management, leadership in change and transformation processes, cross-functional and multicultural work, autonomy, strategic vision, and value creation. Experience in integrated Facility Management services (Hard Services: HVAC, critical utilities, and Soft Services), strategic asset management, commercial and financial processes, GxP activities, vendor management, standardization, scaling, and problem-solving.
• Education: Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• Languages: Advanced English C1.
