Job Description

We are looking for an IT Coordinator to lead technology teams and initiatives, ensuring the availability, security, and evolution of corporate systems. The professional will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing vendors, supporting the company's technology strategy, and ensuring the operational excellence of IT services.

Key

  • Coordinate IT infrastructure, systems, support, and service teams.
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure the execution of technology projects.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with technology vendors.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT environments.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
  • Support the implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Prepare and control the IT department budget.
  • Ensure compliance with information security and governance policies.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Develop and train the team, promoting a high-performance environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in leading technology teams;

  • Experience with people management and development;

  • Experience with software development teams;

  • Analytical skills and experience using indicators for decision-making;

  • Autonomy in problem-solving and conducting actions within the team's scope;

  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to build relationships with different areas and levels of the organization;

  • Sufficient technical knowledge to understand scenarios, risks, and engineering decisions;

  • Systemic vision and results-oriented mindset.
