As a Production Sector Manager within our Manufacturing & Supply team at our Ambarès site, you will lead manufacturing and packaging activities as well as operator teams to ensure our treatments reach patients on time. Ready to get started?

Key :
- Supervise and coordinate manufacturing and packaging teams, and organize human and material resources to carry out the production schedule.
- Ensure the safety of people, property, and products, and apply HSE and Quality rules as well as Group and site standards.
- Analyze deviations, define action plans, and make the necessary decisions to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Ensure the proper functioning and compliance of equipment and premises, as well as the availability of materials and documentation required for planned batches.
- Verify, complete, and transmit batch records, ensure declarations in production management systems, and conduct investigations in the event of an incident, with follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead performance meetings for your sector, track indicators (OEE, productivity, yield), and contribute to continuous improvement using Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, visual management, problem-solving).
About you
- Experience: knowledge of manufacturing processes for solid dosage forms and pharmaceutical production environments.
- Technical skills: strong command of production information systems (ERP, CMMS, computerized batch records, planning), HSE procedures and rules, and HR processes (training, internal regulations).
- Soft skills: autonomy, rigor, organization, communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills, ability to unite and work in a team, leadership.
- Education: Master's degree (engineer or pharmacist).
- Languages: French.
- Work schedule: shift work (morning 6:00 AM - 2:40 PM, afternoon 2:40 PM - 11:00 PM, or night 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM) or day shift depending on the site's flexible working hour rules.

The salary range for this position is: €54 400,00 - €72 533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
