How will you help us fulfill our mission?

• Design and implement innovative retention strategies to improve the user experience and loyalty at Cabify.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement campaigns that drive audience growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Analyze and optimize conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to increase trips and improve performance at every stage of the process.
• Use advanced data and analytics tools to detect insights, develop new features, and enhance the user experience in the app.
• Drive the formulation and execution of the audience growth strategy, adapting with agility to a dynamic, competitive, and constantly evolving environment.

What we are looking for:

• Affinity with our principles.
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in tech companies or dynamic work environments.
• Advanced English, both oral and written.
• Ability to operate effectively in changing, high-paced environments.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with the company.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
• Passion for solving complex problems and extracting key insights, with an innate curiosity to explore new solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, with knowledge of SQL (desirable).
• Action-oriented profile, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams.
