As an intern in the PM (Portfolio Management) team, you will have the opportunity to support Technology Transfer projects at the Scoppito production site, offering you the chance to support the coordination of cross-functional teams and foster the success of process transfers, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The activities you will follow with your team

• Support the company tutor in coordinating cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, MSAT) throughout the entire technology transfer process
• Help manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time
• Facilitate communication between sending sites and receiving sites
• Support the preparation and review of transfer documentation
• Support the identification and mitigation of risks during the transfer process
• Ensure alignment with GMP requirements and Sanofi quality standards
• Monitor progress and report regularly to stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Degree or graduating student in Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or related fields (scientific degree programs)
• Good knowledge of English
• Good familiarity with the Office suite and aptitude for learning and using management or IT systems
• Interpersonal skills, organization, and precision
• Must have own vehicle (the production site is only accessible by private transport)
