MISSION
The Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales ensures store performance and an optimal customer experience by managing and supporting the sales team through training, coaching, and feedback sharing.
KEY
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Responsible for the in-store Customer Experience and ensures that all aspects of the sales ceremony are prepared and applied by the team they coordinate.
- Oversees all levels of customer service, setting daily goals and expectations to create a positive environment in the store.
- Listens to and considers customer feedback, highlighting all relevant information to the Store Manager and headquarters.
- Manages all sensitive situations: returns, end-of-season, customer refunds, repairs, and complaints.
PEOPLE
- Demonstrates an excellent presence on the sales floor, training and mentoring the store team on customer service, standards, product placement, and time management.
- Trains the team to seize every opportunity to engage with the customer and convert it into a sale, while staying constantly updated on store sales performance.
- Supports the Store Manager in assigning quantitative and qualitative goals and verifying their achievement.
- Acts as a trainer on the sales floor, providing staff with continuous performance feedback.
- Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with members of the team they coordinate.
- Supports the Store Manager in selecting, motivating, developing, and leading the store team.
- Ensures proper onboarding for new hires.
- Ensures regular and effective dissemination of company content through morning briefings, product and CRM training, and engaging store board animation.
OPERATIONS
- Ensures the correct execution of CRM activities to achieve loyalty, upgrading, and potential customer conversion goals.
- Omnichannel sales service, OIS.
- Collaborates with the Store Manager/Director and other Team Managers, if present, to assign tasks and to Sales Associates.
SALES AND KPIS
- Ensures continuous improvement of assigned performance KPIs.
- Uses company reports to analyze trends and provide the Store Manager with operational recommendations.
- Conducts productive daily meetings to ensure goal achievement.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in Economics or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to adopt a big-picture view of situations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the local language and English, both written and spoken.

Salary range: €32.000,00-€44.000,00
Where required by applicable local law, PVH publishes base salary ranges for all positions in job advertisements in the EMEA area. These ranges reflect the salary band expected for the position at the time of the advertisement's publication.
Individual compensation within the indicated range will be determined solely on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, taking into account, among other things, skills, , required effort, and working conditions. The indicated salary range does not in any way constitute a right to a specific salary within the range itself.

Unless otherwise indicated, salary ranges refer to a full-time contract of 40 hours per week and will be pro-rated based on the working hours provided for in the individual contract.
