Job Description
Position Purpose
Provide support to the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team in the design, coordination, and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives, contributing to the strengthening of corporate reputation, institutional positioning, and the visibility of the company's actions in areas of innovation, access to health, sustainability, and public health.

Main
Corporate Communication
- Support the development of content for internal and external communication channels.
- Draft press releases, briefing notes, articles, interviews, employee stories, and institutional pieces.
- Participate in updating corporate content for digital platforms and internal repositories.
- Collaborate in the preparation of executive presentations for local and regional leadership.
Digital Communication and Social Media
- Support the coordination and monitoring of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other corporate digital channels.
- Work with external agencies on the management of posts, graphic assets, and institutional campaigns.
- Track editorial calendars and publication schedules.
- Monitor digital performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
Institutional Relations and Corporate Reputation
- Support institutional positioning initiatives related to access to health, innovation, sustainability, and public health.
- Conduct research and gather information for public affairs and corporate communication projects.
- Contribute to the development of materials for engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the monitoring of health sector trends, public policies, and topics of interest to the company.
Corporate Events and Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide logistical and operational support for internal events, workshops, launches, forums, and institutional activities.
- Coordinate materials, invitations, databases, and participant follow-up.
- Support the collection of photographic and audiovisual evidence of corporate events.
- Prepare reports on results and participation metrics.
Media Monitoring and Analysis
- Perform daily monitoring of traditional media, digital media, and social networks.
- Consolidate media coverage reports and reputation analysis.
- Identify communication opportunities and trends relevant to the organization.
- Support the generation of metrics and communication impact indicators.
Materials Management and Compliance
- Support document management and the organization of communication materials.
- Collaborate in tracking internal approval processes and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Keep files, repositories, and institutional image banks updated.
- Ensure that materials meet quality, branding, and compliance standards.
Required Profile
Academic Background
Student in the final semesters of:

- Marketing

- Related fields
Desirable Knowledge
- Excellent writing and spelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or others).
- Basic AI knowledge.
- Knowledge of corporate social media.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
- Interest in public health, sustainability, corporate affairs, and institutional reputation.
