**Key **

Oversee the daily operations of the Microbiology laboratory to ensure compliance with schedules and commitments across its three departments: Products, Environmental Monitoring, and Utilities.

Maintain the laboratory in compliance with GxP and defined quality control processes by conducting regular walkthroughs to identify gaps, correct them, and implement any improvement opportunities.

Ensure the use of validated methods within your scope and execute validation or transfer protocols as a receiving unit.

Manage and train laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and safety guidelines, while keeping the team's qualification matrix up to date.

Ensure the proper execution of tests on received samples, conclude on the compliance of results and analysis records, in order to support batch release on behalf of the Quality Control Manager.

About you

Experience: Significant experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry, including proven experience in team management.

Technical and soft skills:

Knowledge of GMP/cGMP/GLP and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector

Ability to analyze complex data and laboratory results to make reasoned decisions and identify areas for improvement
-
Attention to detail ensuring the accuracy of tests, reports, and regulatory compliance
-
Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions

Strong leadership: ability to unite, provide direction, and set clear objectives

Ability to challenge the status quo and step out of your comfort zone

Proactivity and ability to propose solutions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize, decide, and focus on results, solutions, and customers

Education: Master's degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent, with a specialization in Microbiology.

Languages: Fluent English (read, written, spoken).

The salary range for this position is: €54.400,00 - €72.533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
