Key :

  • Lead, with the involved stakeholders, improvement initiatives to advance the quality control of products and procedures.
  • Take charge of Quality reviews for various processes or projects in the sector (production, quality control, subcontracting, cross-functional roles, etc.).
  • Adhere to standard work plans to participate in controlling the sector's quality indicators (anomalies, corrective/preventive actions, effectiveness monitoring, change control, batch records, etc.).
  • Develop a Quality culture on the ground through team coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF), current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), and Good Distribution Practices (BPD).

About you:

  • Experience: Experience gained in production, quality control, or Quality Assurance, with knowledge of a production environment.
  • Technical and interpersonal skills: Autonomy, team spirit, leadership, results/customer/solution-oriented, strong desire to collaborate with partner sectors, decision-making and prioritization skills, ability to challenge the status quo, strong interpersonal skills, rigor, synthesis and analytical skills, ability to propose solutions for recurring problems and complex investigations.
  • Education: Qualified Pharmacist, with knowledge of BPF/BPD and Quality processes in the pharmaceutical sector. Proficiency in IT tools.
  • Languages: English level B1 (written and spoken).

The salary range for this position is: €42,400.00 - €56,533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
